With more than 20 years experience as a corporate executive and small business owner, Silvia Delamar represents companies and individuals in civil disputes, criminal and other enforcement investigations, and general litigation matters. Placing special emphasis on family law as well as small business development, small business litigation, partnership agreements, contract negotiation and disputes, business succession planning, and estate planning, Silvia can be trusted to handle your legal matters.
Skilled in arbitrations and mediations, Silvia regularly handles divorces from start to finish and is well versed in divorcing parties who are partners in business. Having a stellar success rate in representing fathers in divorce and custody disputes, she is also committed to protecting the interests of divorcing mothers who have been victims of domestic violence including financial abuse. She counsels small businesses in employment matters, including reductions in force, employee terminations, wage and hour disputes, independent contractors, and change management. She is able to serve as general counsel to your small business.
Prior to entering the field of law, Silvia spent several years working in higher education administration and legal compliance. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Gate City Bar Association, and Georgia Bar Association of Women Attorneys.

As a retired police lieutenant who spent several years as an undercover Narcotics Agent, Gwendolyn Shands specializes in criminal and civil investigations.

A native Detroiter, Ms. Shands spent 20 years of her career with The City of Detroit Police Department. During her tenure with the department she was awarded several awards and citations for her outstanding work.
Ms. Shands is an expert in background investigations and Criminal and Civil Investigations, Executive Protection Details, and Safety and Security Assessments. She also served as an Executive Protection Officer for the Mayor of the City of Detroit before retiring.
